What is a Pattern Tester?
As a pattern tester, you play a vital role in refining my crochet designs. While I work hard to create these patterns, your feedback ensures they are accurate, error-free, and fit as intended.
My Expectations as a Designer
I ask that you read each pattern carefully before beginning, making sure you fully understand the instructions. If anything seems unclear or incorrect, please reach outโI rely on your honest feedback! I welcome your genuine input, even if itโs tough (I can take it!). Communication is essential: if you run into any issuesโwhether with the pattern, timing, or life in generalโplease just let me know.

Benefits of Becoming a Pattern Tester
As a tester, youโll get exclusive, early access to my new designs. Youโll join a community of fellow crochet enthusiasts, sharing experiences and learning from each other. Upon release, Iโll credit your work on all my social platforms, putting it in front of thousands of crochet lovers. When the pattern is finalized, youโll receive a free copy of the final draft as a thank-you. Plus, after completing three tests, you can choose one of my designs for free, and youโll enjoy a 20% discount on any patterns youโd like to purchase. And last but not least you will get an opportunity to get fully or partly sponsored if using the same yarn thatโs I used in a project.
What to Expect as a Tester
If selected, youโll receive an email confirming your participation, along with the first part of the pattern and instructions for creating a gauge swatch. Weโll stay connected in an Instagram group chat, where you can share updates and photos. Once your swatch is complete (within seven days), youโll receive the next part of the pattern. Continue to send progress photos at each stage.
When your piece is finished, youโll submit a feedback form and provide well-lit photos, flat lays, and a short video showcasing the finished design. These images are essential to show how the design looks on different body types, so an open Instagram account is required.
